UNMB has received the honor of being ranked 5th on the National Mortgage News’ list of Best Mortgage Companies to Work For, and 7th on Newsday’s list of Top Employers for 2018! We are proud to be recognized twice and this is a direct result of our amazing United Northern team.
Newsday conducted an independent poll, surveying over 56,000 employees and over 2,000 companies. The National Mortgage News survey covered numerous topics, including leadership and planning, work environment, relationships with supervisors and role satisfaction.
As we celebrate our 40th Anniversary in 2019, we want to focus on, and celebrate, all of you. UNMB is committed to continue providing a professional work environment where every employee’s diversities and strengths are celebrated. We value your professionalism, skillset, and the deftness of your expertise. We are grateful for the relationships we have. We are more than a workplace, we are an extended family.
